If you find that you are struggling to find ways to keep your dog active, here area few tips that might help.

Go for a Run

Do you exercise often? If you are the sort that goes to the gym then consider replacing at least a portion of your gym time with a puppy friendly job. If you are not the physically inclined sort, then consider this an opportunity for you and your dog to get active together.
Just don?t forget to bring the doggy poop bags. Dog poop removal may be unpleasant, but most municipalities have a significant fine if you don?t bring your used doggy poop bags to an appropriate doggy waste station.

Go to a Dog Park

There are many kinds of dog parks. Some are enclosed and allow dogs to run freely. These parks often have dog playground equipment for them to explore. If you lead a busy lifestyle, this might be the best option for you. Take a minute to relax on a bench, keeping an eye on your four-legged friend of course.
Other parks might require you to keep you pup leashed at all times, which might be more difficult as you will essentially need to babysit their every action. Still, dog parks are a great place to exercise and socialize your dog

Doggy Daycare

If your work schedule is so intense that your puppies spend their day in dog crates, then you might want to consider a daycare program. This way they aren?t confined to dog kennels, and can get their exercise despite your busy lifestyle.

Especially if you work long hours in the office, or you live in an apartment or home with little to no back yard it is important to make a concerted effort to exercise your dog. Even buying some small dog playground equipment can make all the difference.
